🧰 What You’ll Need

• 1 Organic Brown Egg (room temp)
• Clear Pint Glass
• Sea Salt
• Toothpick

✝️ Step 1: Prepare the Water

Fill the glass with water. Sprinkle sea salt and make the sign of the cross over it with intention.

👐 Step 2: Rub the Egg on Your Body

With the shell intact, rub the egg top to bottom, left to right. Focus on all energy centers (chakras), eyes, ears, and mouth.

Recite the Lord’s Prayer and Hail Mary while cleansing.

🔥 Step 3: Tune Into the Energy

Feel for hot spots or tingling. These are energetic attachments. Stay longer in those areas.

🔄 Step 4: Cleanse Your Back

Get as much of your back as possible — ask for help if needed.

💧 Step 5: Crack the Egg

Crack the egg into the glass of salted water.
Break the toothpick in half and float it in the shape of a cross. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes.

📸 Take clear photos from the top and all sides of the glass.
